Tracey Mcinnes, CEO

Tracey has worked in the media and event industry since before the m25 was even joined up! She started her career selling advertising space before deciding she wanted to own her own business and her first company was a publishing business established in 1989, from which came her initial telemarketing venture in 1996. Procoms is the latest iteration since 2010 and has grown from 6 members of to a 60-seater call centre in Stevenage. In 2015, Tracey launched the software side of the business as its own company, licences are sold into other call centres and internal sales teams on a cost per seat basis to provide them with a version of her expertise in a box. Tracey loves sales training to and spending one-to-one time coaching people to be the best.

Kevin Maughan, IT Director
After a very successful early career in Pharmaceutical development, Kevin first started working with Tracey in 1999, developing their in-house telemarketing system (Connect TCM), and becoming IT Director and joint owner of their business in 2010. He is a highly experienced IT professional, specialising in database design and administration.

Bethany Allen, Sales & Marketing

Beth started her career at Procoms in 2010 calling on a telemarketing project. We quickly identified she had a passion for sales and she took on a business development role. After securing lots of new business and developing our internal sales team, Beth moved over to the software side of the business and was instrumental in the successful launch of that operation and creating the initial strategy and processes. Now, back working with Procoms, Beth is responsible for the end to end sales and marketing strategy and securing new business clients.

Jackelyn Hansard, Operations Manager

After years of managing subscription campaigns, Jackelyn started working as our operations executive beneath our previous Operations Manager. In 2017, she progressed into the Operations Manager role and is responsible for the day to day running of the call centre. Jackelyn manages up to 50 operators at a time and is amazing at juggling multiple campaigns between multiple agents and ensuring we always deliver our projects on target.

Stephanie Chering, Account Development Manager

When Steph joined our team in 2017 we all got a little bit excited. She has over 15 years working in the events industry and when she started as a telemarketing executive she excelled in every project that she worked on. Not just great at hitting targets and working to deadlines, Steph has a natural ability to look after key accounts to an exceptional standard. We promoted Steph to Account Development Manager in 2018 to manage our existing customer journey.

Matt Laurence, Head of Brand Content and Design

Matt started working at Procoms in 2012 as a telemarketing executive. He was such a valued member of the team that he continued to temp with us throughout his entire university course where he studied Digital Arts. Matt has a passion for designing and has been instrumental in renovating our brand and coming up with great innovative ideas. He currently has ownership of our website and design work.
