Our MD has been managing sales teams for nearly 30 years and has been running a telesales agency since the 1990’s. During which time she has also developed a technology platform which enables our business and other telemarketing agencies to manage measure and monitor both campaign and sales person performance.
The biggest challenge to driving up revenue is usually due to sales activity rather than lack of ability.
