We have evolved a fast, efficient and accurate solution which allows our operators to call through data in a productive way but our system throws up any inaccuracies real-time to stop rubbish getting through. Our solution fully audits every data change and we can track back contact changes, email address changes and every key field. We have built many integrated outputs for our clients to upload data back into their CRM or campaign management systems easily. As well as cleaning data via the telephone, we can utilise web research to build data from scratch. We also can screen data against TPS and check telephone and email address validity real time as the agents update them.

Our CEO Tracey Mcinnes built her career in the 80’s on selling advertising space. She has since then developed a career in media and events with a core sales focus. Our specialist management team have had many years of successfully running sales and marketing projects for larger corporate companies and SME’s too. Their experience allows us to help companies drive their sales and maximise their business opportunities. We work very closely with companies on their sales and marketing processes to determine whether they are robust enough to be able to deliver and if not we drive the change that is needed. We have specific expertise in establishing and maintaining internal telesales and customer service departments. 80% of the work we complete is within media and events space. We cover all aspects of event telemarketing including; data cleaning and building, sponsorship and exhibitor lead qualification and lead generation, delegate sales, free to attend acquisition, conversion campaigns and follow up research calls. Our larger events require 10-15000 free registrations mostly over a 1-2 month period preceding the event. Often this involves multi-lingual and worldwide calling. We use our systems to optimise the calling and link it to client’s registration pages to pre-populate data and complete the online form whilst on the telephone. At the other end of the scale we may be calling a small VIP list to attend a high profile lunch in Cannes or Paris for a financial summit, sponsored by banks or similar.
We believe that a good sales campaign should be run over several months. This allows time to build pipeline and familiarity with the product or service proposition. Our ideal approach is to plan a 12 month rolling project that continually builds sales prospects and not to think of lead generation campaigns as a quick fix. Our telesales agents typically make around 120 calls per day on lead generation projects and it is rare that the contact rate on cold calling is any higher than 15-20%. It is therefore likely that they will get to speak to 20 decision-makers per day when they can have a decent conversation. We often recommend a pre-qualification phase to ensure that the sales resource is best utilised.
