We are looking for hard working and driven individual who are looking for telephone based work in our Stevenage contact centre. This opportunity is perfect for anyone with customer service, telephone or sales experience. Reporting to our Operations Manager, we are looking for friendly people to join our close knit team.

We care about our staff – a lot! We like to up skill our team members and teach them how to do more than just make the telephone calls. Our staff members meet our clients and report back on their own progress. Everyone in our team is hard working, passionate and productive. 

The role

We have three different types of campaigns we work on (No Cold Calling!) 
    • Data cleaning and building – verifying contact details over the phone
    • Soft selling/customer service – free to attend event registrations and customer service calls
    • Telesales and Lead generation – Paid for event sales, qualifying leads and booking appointments
We pay £8-9 an hour, depending on the campaign type and commission is available on sales projects. 
Shifts run in the following patterns:
9:00am - 1:30pm
1:00pm - 5:00pm
9:00am - 5:00pm
Monday – Fridays
